The reception was so impressesive with Rick as the receptionist. He was hospitable, considerate and responsive. The recption is the face and the start of good or bad experience of the guests wh come fram afar and need rest. Rick is examplary in his manner and conduct that help elevate the image of the accommodation, and leave lasting good experience og the guests. We consider lucky to be welcomed by Rick in our future stay, and would motivate us to book this accommodation again.

Breakfast was delicious according to partner who did have it, and beds were nice to sleep on. Service was excellent and complimentary slippers, which was asked for, were available. Rooms were easy to access, decent privacy and not too noisy.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of room to move around in. Everything you needed in the room was there. Breakfast was included in the price.

Every day, we went out, and when we returned, we found our room had been replenished with towels and bottled water, and our rubbish bins emptied.

Bed was really comfortable and firm. Room was big, plenty of room for bags and a few chairs. Slats on Windows enabled us to block out sunlight.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada. The staff is very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The room and bathroom were clean, shower was great too. Parking right at the doorstep.
